They allowed me to make decisions about offers and never tried to disuade me from the homes I liked, but they provided details that informed my position and made suggestions on houses we were not considering. I ended up buying a house that was their suggestion. It was not one that stood out on our internet search, but they knew it was a great house at a great price and it checked my boxes. Joyce was incredible to work with. It took about a month from our first meeting to actually place the house on the market. Joyce helped coordinate carpets being replaced, interior painting, exterior rep airs, and was always available for questions or concerns. Her assistant Kayla always came through in a pinch if Joyce could not be readily available. The house was put on the market on a Thursday, and by that Sunday we had an offer for the full asking price. Joyce also coordinated the purchase of my new home. I could not have done it without her!
